We are pleased to offer volume discounts in addition to our comprehensive rates that include the cost of both editing and translation as appropriate (see our Translation Services page). And all our rates are calculated on the basis of the source text. We charge using a Quote feature via e-mail on a per page* or per source word basis, considering that an average A4 page contains approximately 500 words on the standard guidelines of double-spaced lines at 12pts Times New Roman with an average margin setting of 2.54cm for top and bottom margins and 3.17cm for left and right margins. To calculte your document's size prior to contacting us, in Microsoft Word, click on “Tools” on the menu bar and select “Word Count” from the drop-down menu. Basic Editing Costs go as follows:

Your cost: £3.00 per page* or £10 per 1000 words.
Basic Copy Editing on grammatical errors with full highlights on all changes
Your cost: £5.00 per page* or £15 per 1000 words.
Extensive Rewriting
This entails advanced editing with a more active editorial role in fine-tuning and rewriting your text, to improve its tone, flow and structure. This includes full margin notes and comments on all suggestions, changes.
Your cost: £12.00 per page* or £35 per 1000 words.
